Allan M.
Bahn has more than 16 years of experience in the criminal
justice system both on the state and federal level. Mr. Bahn
served as a Rackets prosecutor in the Manhattan district
attorney’s office, as an inspector general in the New York
City Department of Investigation overseeing the Departments
of Design and Construction and the Department of
Transportation, and Deputy Inspector General and Chief of
Investigations in the New York State Metropolitan
Transportation Authority. While in government Mr. Bahn
prosecuted and brought to trial dozens of complex felony
cases including multinational drug prosecutions as well as
organized crime based construction fraud cases.
Allan Bahn’s extensive
knowledge and experience in the criminal justice system
