Mr. Bahn’s
practice is focused in the areas of construction law,
general business law, commercial litigation, corporate
compliance and investigations, employment law, criminal
defense and complex disciplinary and regulatory matters.
Allan Bahn is

and deputy commissioner in New York City government He has

entered private practice.

Adshel, Museum Tower Condominium, Wank Adams Slavin
Associates, the YMCA of Greater New York and Seasons
Contracting. He has represented clients in complex
development projects such as the Time Warner Center, the
MoMA/Museum Tower reconstruction and the YMCA/Vornado 63rd
Street mixed use development. Mr. Bahn represents both
